Snow day!

So the snow didn't really change our plans of staying in doors and keeping warm but it sure gave us something pretty to look at. Unfortunately Gabe had to trek into the city for work so Finn and I had a cuddle fest! It must have been just what the doctor ordered bc last night she slept from 7pm-5am (not bragging just hoping that this is a new trend!)

Yet such a stinker these days. My sweet girl who started sleeping through the night at 5 weeks doesn't want to sleep anymore-at all-. I'm tired but we still get rewarded with this girls beautiful smile and giggle!

Christmas trip to NC

We had a great time in NC! Finnegan was able to meet family and friends and it just felt good being there. She didn't sleep as well and so it took a bit of a toll on her sunny disposition and well, I was pretty exhausted the whole time. The first week were at Gabe's parents' home with his brother and family. Then Gabe left and I moved down the street to my folks' home.

Finnegan's favorite time of day! Kate would just walk around with her and bounce her, she would be crying in someone elses arms and then Kate would take her and she would settle right away! Sure wish we lived closer to cousins.

Finnegan had a great first Christmas...loved on by all her family.
She has been a bit out of sorts with all the new people and traveling but that hasn't kept her from smilling and giggling up a storm.



We'll have tons of pictures and stories to share once we get back home. Gabe is already in Brooklyn but Finn and I are living it up in Charlotte until Friday!
