Birthday party!

Finnegan's friend, Henry, turned three years old a few weeks ago. She was very excited to help him celebrate. She got in her best cowgirl apparel but unfortunately it was really to cold to sport the whole outfit. The party was in prospect park and fun was had by all (except for Gabe who couldn't come).

Mother's Day!

We had a fantastic mothers day!
We had a picnic in the park and I got to do all the things I love to do with my girl. Ever since being back at work I get very little time during the week with her and so it was truly a perfect day!

Our girl is moving and shaking!
Sometimes it's just 10 rolls to get to a toy she wants or other times it is an arms in front of her schooch, other times she is on her hands and knee's rocking back and forth-flop forward- do it all over again until she has moved across the room.

Swim Lessons

Finnegan started swim lessons at the YMCA yesterday. She didn't love it at first but soon relaxed enough to allow herself to enjoy it. She was pretty stiff which made me laugh bc it was hard to get her to kick and splash! She went under a few times and was a bit shocked but all in all he 1st lesson was a success.








**We found out 10 minutes before the lesson that swim caps were mandatory- they had a few really pretty one's for us (found them after Gabe ran to the drug store to purchase some)
