Picture update

Too tired for words this morning...here are a few pics of my ladies this past month.
Finnegan turned 2 years old on Sept. 18th and Gracie was a month on Sept. 22nd, they are growing up way too fast.

 This may look like torture but Finnegan was having the best time with her friends and had the biggest smile on her face.

Grace Lee Robinson arrived Wednesday morning at 9:59 after having been at the hospital for a full 45 minutes! Will definitely share her birth story soon but she came into this world fast and furious and her family is beyond thankful for her!

Most of our pictures are actually downloaded on the other computer but here are a few to get things started.

New baby doll

I would like to say that this is the last post before our daughter is born but she sure seems comfie in the belly! This past weekend Finnegan got a new baby doll and if you were wondering if she liked it these pictures should be able to answer that question!
She wanted baby doll to be involved in all of the activities of the weekend.

She really wanted to bring the doll to church with us but I don't want to really start that so we left her at home. The pics are as soon as we got home.

A little family photo Op!

We haven't been as good at taking pics of the growing bump with kid number two but i assure you we'll be taking lots of pictures of her once she arrives. I just don't have time to actually stop for pictures of myself...especially when I have a cute Finnegan standing next to me:) I would much rather snap them of her.

My sister, Allison, stopped by the other day and we all went for a little walk down the trail in our complex and had her snap a few of all of us.

Nothing overly exciting, just a big ole' bump and a double chin...but for those that like that kind of thing;) Also some are basically duplicates i just couldn't decide.

Wait, baby come!

Finnegan say's this at least 10 times a day! And that little girl is right, we are just waiting for her sweet little sister to arrive. We are due in less than two weeks and we are ready to meet her (not really ready to name her though...hmmm).

Trying to keep busy and get things as ready as they can be. Last Friday my girlfriends threw a shower for us and my mom, mother in law, and sisters joined us. It was a really sweet celebration and baby girl and I felt very loved! Pics to come of that!

My sister and Carter spent a few extra days with us here in Asheville and it gave everyone a taste of how life will look with a new baby around. Finnegan loves her baby boy!

Life!

Not much updating going on here around the Robinson blog because it's been a pretty low key month. I have one month till my due date and so we are getting things ready for our girls arrival. We can't come up with a name, although Gabe spends about an hour every night reading names to me. I can't commit. It's a funny thing bc with Finnegan we were so sure and i think because we chose such a non-traditional name for her it is making it harder for me to agree on names. Doesn't really make much sense but we tend to like "different" names and I just don't want them to be too out there. We also really like boy names for girls- but I just don't want to be that family with two sweet little girls with boy names...hard to explain but it is driving my husband CRAZY! Every time I say I think I just need to meet her he gets a bit crazier;)

Finnegan is the most fun 22 month old in the world. She talks non-stop and pretty clearly too! She has an amazing memory and will bring up things that we have done (baking cookies for a friend, or going on the merry go round and riding on the giraffe) at the most random times. If she has been to your house and we come again most likely she'll start asking for specifics before we get to your front door- at Grammy's house it's earrings, watering the plants, and the Corduroy book- at church, it's a sticker, stroller, and all of her friends. I need to get a video of her saying "momma go night night too" or "daddy go bye bye too". She says ______ ____ TOO about everything!! Literally. And the way TOO comes out is drawn out (don't read southern accent, she does not and will not get one of those). She still gets a bit sassy but not as much. She does want to be held lots more but I think she knows that her little world is about to be rocked. She blows kisses on my belly and talks to her sister lots. We have lots of conversations about how momma will be busy with baby so she'll need to play on her own. Not sure how much is sinking in but we'll see soon enough!

Her new favorite thing is piling on all of her toys in her shopping cart or transferring all of her toys to one spot. It actually keeps her busy for a long time so I let her do it but it makes quite the mess.
